This throttle is available in black or gold painted aluminium as a push/pull twin cable throttle suitable for 4 Stroke off road bikes.

It has a set speed of 2.6˚/mm and a stroke of 45mm

The lower the °/mm, the faster the throttle opens.  Stroke refers to the distance the throttle will pull the cable.
