This is a twin pull, aluminium throttle most often used for twin cylinder bikes with twin throttle cables.  It has a set speed of 2.1°/mm with max stroke 65mm

The lower the °/mm, the faster the throttle opens. Maximum stroke refers to the distance the cable is pulled into the throttle housing.
